Description
The San Bernardino County is seeking bids for the purchase of Esplanade 200 SC EPA Reg. No. 101563-144, a herbicide in 2.5 gallon containers. The bid includes the provision of the herbicide, with delivery to be made within seven days of receipt of the County's purchase order. The County is seeking a bid that provides the best value, with consideration given to factors such as price, delivery time, and product quality.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through the San Bernardino County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) or in paper form by 5:00 pm on April 3, 2026.
• The bid must include a completed Section I, subsection 1 and 2, as well as a completed Section 1, subsection 3.
• The County reserves the right to waive a variation in specification if it does not materially change the item or its performance.
• The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, including those related to air and water pollution control, safety, and health.
