Description
The purpose of this opportunity is to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) located in Cape Canaveral, FL. The services will cover the full spectrum of managing US Military cargo, including containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft transitioning through CCSFS.
• The contractor will be responsible for all stevedoring and longshoring services required to manage vessel, truck loading & discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management, intra port transfers, vessel prep, documentation, and warehousing/storage of dunnage & tiedown materials.
• The contractor must complete all tasks per requirements stated throughout the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with “Safety, Efficiency, and Customer Service in Mind”.
