Description
The Kansas Department of Administration, Office of Procurement and Contracts, is seeking bids for the supply and application of fertilizer and herbicide for Kansas Correctional Industries (KCI). The contract term will be from the date of contract execution through December 31, 2026. The scope of work includes the application of various fertilizers and herbicides for corn, soybeans, grass, and starter fertilizer for corn. The award will be made to the bidder with the lowest total application cost to an estimated 800 acres.
• Fertilizer and herbicide application for multiple crop applications
• Application of NH3 (Ammonia Anhydrous) and starter fertilizer for corn
• Fertilizer for soybean application
• Fertilizer for grass application
• Fertilizer and herbicide for corn application
The bidder must comply with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including those related to immigration reform and control, and must provide a written certification that the company is not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel.
