Description
The Autauga County Department of Human Resources is seeking a contractor to replace the existing flooring in their building. The project includes the removal and replacement of carpet and rubber base materials, surface preparation, and installation of new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) and rubber base throughout the facility. The scope of work includes offices, corridors, closets, lobby, restrooms, kitchen, and reception areas. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The work must comply with all applicable building codes, ADA, and OSHA safety standards.
• The project consists of 65 rooms, including all offices, reception area, kitchen, and bathrooms.
• The contractor must provide a minimum one-year workmanship warranty on installation.
• The contractor must coordinate access and work hours with the DHR Point of Contact.
• The work may be performed during regular business hours, 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
• The DHR prefers to have the installation complete by year-end, December 31st, 2025.
