Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking quotes for park attendant services for various recreation areas throughout the Little Rock District. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform park attendant services. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the contractor must have an active registration in SAM at the time of quote submission. The services include furnishing all labor, equipment, fuel, transportation, tools, and supplies necessary to provide the specified services for the entire contract period.
• The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract.
• The contractor shall perform work in a timely, continuous, and satisfactory manner.
• The contractor shall accomplish work in accordance with the provisions of the contract, drawings, attachments, exhibits, and all applicable laws, regulations, codes, or directives.
• The contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all Government equipment, information, and property provided for Contractor use.
• The contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local environmental and occupational safety laws, rules, and regulations.
