Construction Supplies and Materials

The City of Avondale is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the supply of construction supplies and materials, including concrete finishing tools, hand tools, personal protective equipment, and adhesives, on an as-needed basis for a period of 12 months. The scope of work includes furnishing and delivering the materials described in the RFQ, with delivery or vendor pickup options available. The awarded contractor(s) shall provide firm, fixed unit pricing for the representative items listed in the Pricing Table, and the City intends to award to one or more bidders. Key considerations for the vendor include providing professional-grade products, meeting applicable industry standards, and offering competitive pricing. Some of the key products and services required include: • Concrete finishing tools, such as hand trowels and bull floats • Hand tools and accessories, such as adhesive dispensing tools and utility knives • Personal protective equipment, such as knee protection and safety glasses • Adhesives and specialty products, such as rapid-set cement and epoxy anchoring systems The City of Avondale reserves the right to amend the solicitation schedule as necessary, and the resulting contract shall be effective from the date it is fully executed by the City and remain in full force and effect for one year thereafter.
