Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide an annual software maintenance contract for a software designed for evaluating the performance of inlets with features specific to ALDOT's design and uses methodologies that meet both ALDOT and FHWA's standards. The contract period is from December 18, 2025, to December 17, 2026. The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time.
• The software should be able to evaluate the performance of inlets with features specific to ALDOT's design.
• The software should use methodologies that meet both ALDOT and FHWA's standards.
• The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys.

• The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
