Description
The South Haven Public Schools is seeking bids for the Administration and Transportation Building Renovations project. The project consists of work at the Administration and Transportation Building, including cabling, audio-video systems, security systems, and Ethernet switches and WAPS. Bidders must have at least five years of successful experience on work of this type and scope, and must have a license where required by public authorities having jurisdiction. The bidder must also have ample financial resources for work of this magnitude.
• The project requires a pre-bid walkthrough on December 19, 2025.
• Bidders must submit their bids by January 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time.
• The bidder must provide a bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount.
• The successful bidder will be required to secure performance, labor, and material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000 from a surety company having a rating of A- or better.
