Request for Information (RFI) for the Repair of F-15 Air Data Processor (ADP)

The US Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the repair of the F-15 Air Data Processor (ADP). The ADP is a military-unique item that must be manufactured to the Honeywell drawing specification. The contractor shall furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services. The contractor is responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all test equipment required for repair. • The ADP monitors the flow of air pressure and adjusts the engine inlet ramps. • The ADP was developed to improve the accuracy and reliability for the Air Data Computer and Electronic Air Inlet Controller (EAIC). • The Government did not provision for a competitive acquisition package including the full repair technical data or acquisition of any test equipment. • The known source for this requirement is Honeywell International. • Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards.
