Description
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking qualified vendors to provide Asbestos and Lead Abatement services for the Wilkes Correctional Center. The contract will have an initial term of one year, and the vendor will be required to provide all necessary parts, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies to complete the abatement services. The vendor will also be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
• The abatement services will include the removal of asbestos and lead from the correctional center.
• The vendor will be required to provide a detailed plan for the abatement services, including a timeline and a budget.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
• The vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The vendor will be required to provide a certificate of completion upon completion of the abatement services.
