Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is requesting bids for the procurement of electrical switches. The successful bidder will be required to provide 200 toggle DPDT 3A 125V switches, manufactured by Honeywell, with the manufacturer's number AML25GBF2 CA06GR. The bid must include the unit price and any applicable freight charges. The TDCJ reserves the right to adjust prices periodically to reflect changes in tariffs implemented after the response due date. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must provide a HUB subcontracting plan with their bid.
• The bidder must certify that they are eligible to participate in this transaction and have not been subjected to suspension, debarment, or similar ineligibility determined by any federal, state, or local governmental entity.
• The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the contract, including security procedures when making deliveries to correctional facilities.
• The bidder must provide a point of contact for the submitted bid response, including name, phone number, fax, and email.
• The bidder must acknowledge that this contract and information created or maintained in connection with this contract is public information and subject to disclosure as provided by Chapter 552, Government Code (Texas Public Information Act).
