Description
The Town of Hanson seeks a qualified firm to provide Owner’s Project Management (OPM) services for the design, procurement, construction, and close‑out of four new highway‑facility buildings and the renovation of the former police‑station building. The OPM will act as the town’s independent manager, overseeing all phases, ensuring code compliance, managing budgets, schedules, and contractor performance, and delivering final documentation and warranty coordination.
• Scope includes full‑project management for a $7.5 M public construction effort (design through close‑out).
• Must hold Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Officer (MCPPO) certification and meet experience/insurance requirements.
