Description
The Paulding County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the FY 2026 Asphalt Resurfacing Project Contract II. The project involves approximately 16.79 miles of patching, leveling, milling, and plant mix resurfacing on 74 streets in 15 subdivisions, as well as thermoplastic striping at subdivision entrances and where required. The project must be completed by November 30, 2026.
• The bid documents will be available for review at the Paulding County Purchasing Office.
• A bid bond with good and sufficient surety or sureties approved by the owner is required.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount.
• Requests for payments are due by the fifth of the month for payment by the twentieth of the month less 5% retainage.
• All work performed for this project will be in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specification for Construction of Roads and Bridges, Current Edition, and attached modifications and special provisions.
