Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive event management, online registration, and audio-visual services for the FY26 OPNAV N80 Industry Engagement Session. The event will take place in June-July 2026, and the contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to support the event. The contractor will also be required to provide vendor management, master account representation, and financial tracking for all event-related income and expenses. Some of the key tasks include:
• Providing in-person, on-site support for the duration of the event
• Creating and managing a comprehensive event registration website with OPNAV branding
• Negotiating and securing conference meeting space and audio-visual support with the host hotel
• Providing technical assistance and report generation
• Managing on-site registration process and providing customer service support
The contractor will be required to have experience in event management, online registration, and audio-visual services, and must be able to provide a high level of quality and professionalism in their work.
