INA - MEREDITH MEDIAN MODIFICATIONS -ADDENDUM NO. 2 2026-06-29

The Town of Marana is seeking bids for the modification of designated median segments along West Ina Road at the east and west legs of its intersection with North Meredith Boulevard. The scope of work includes the removal of existing structures and obstructions, asphalt pavement, concrete curbs and flatwork, and landscaping. It also includes salvage, demolition, disposal, excavation, backfill, grading, concrete curbing, asphalt paving, signing and striping, site restoration, traffic control, quality control, and other incidental work. The project is expected to be completed within 60 calendar days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. • The project includes the installation of changeable message boards and the maintenance of traffic control devices. • The contractor shall ensure that existing traffic signs and signals are properly maintained, operated, removed, stored, or installed. • The contractor shall obtain permission from the engineer before closing or restricting any street or public right-of-way. • The contractor shall conduct operations in a manner to ensure the convenience and safety of all travelers and abutting property owners.
