Description
The Michigan State Police, Special Operations Division, Aviation Unit is seeking a contractor to perform a 2500-hour overhaul of a hydro-mechanical unit (HMU) P/N M250-10136, in accordance with FAA rules and regulations. The contractor must be a Rolls Royce Authorized Maintenance Center and comply with the 2500-hour overhaul requirements as specified in the Rolls Royce Component manual CSP24009 Edition 1, Revision 7. The contractor will be responsible for shipping the HMU to their facility, performing the overhaul, and returning the HMU to the Michigan State Police. The contract will be for a one-time purchase order, and the pricing is firm for the entire length of the contract.

• Complying with the 2500-hour overhaul requirements as specified in the Rolls Royce Component manual
• Shipping the HMU to their facility and returning it to the Michigan State Police
• Providing a warranty for the overhaul work
• Complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility standards for digital content
• Delivering the overhauled HMU within 90 business days from receipt of the order
• Providing a pricing schedule that includes all costs, including shipping and handling
