The U.S. Government Publishing Office (on behalf of the Department of Justice) is seeking a contractor to produce four identical‑design, coil‑bound manuals (referred to as “Jackets”) and deliver them to a UNICOR print facility in Sandstone, MN. The work includes printing, binding, packaging, providing PDF proofs, handling all required labeling and documentation, and shipping the finished product by the end of August.
• Four separate jackets (451‑674 to 451‑677) with total quantities ranging from 45 to 3,600 copies; each jacket must be quoted individually.
• Required specifications: 4‑color process printing, black comb/coil binding, specific JCP paper codes (L10 cover, A60 text), 8½ × 11 in trim, Level 3 quality, and compliance with ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 inspections.
• Mandatory deliverables: PDF soft proof (press‑quality) before production, same‑day shipping notice, and final invoice within 30 days of delivery.
