Sources Sought Announcement for Tactical Network Transport-On The Move (TNT-OTM)

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking sources for the Tactical Network Transport-On The Move (TNT-OTM) Line-Replaceable Unit (LRU), which serves as a power supply in various TNT-OTM configuration items. The government is looking for suppliers who can manufacture the LRU, which is currently only available from the original equipment manufacturer, INTELLIPOWER, INC. The government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the LRU. • The LRU is used in different TNT-OTM configuration items as a power supply. • The government is seeking suppliers who can manufacture the LRU. • The LRU is the only option currently considered technically acceptable. • Only parts identical in Form, Fit, and Function (FFF) will be acceptable. • The government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the LRU.
