Afloat Operations and Sustainment support

The opportunity is for Afloat Operations and Sustainment support, which includes providing technical support services for various C4 capabilities aboard the MSC fleet of ships, operation and sustainment of the MSC Network Operations Centers (MNOCs), Mobile Expeditionary Communication Kits (MECK), and future C4 capabilities hosted at the Navy Fleet Network Operation Centers (FLTNOCs). The tasks include Knowledge Management, Cybersecurity, Maintenance and Sustainment, Modernization, Equipment/Asset Management, MSC Network Operations Centers (MNOC), Mobile Expeditionary Communication Kits (MECK), and Training. Some key points to note are: • The contractor shall provide technical support services for C4 capabilities aboard the MSC fleet of ships. • The contractor shall operate and sustain the MSC Network Operations Centers (MNOCs) and Mobile Expeditionary Communication Kits (MECK). • The contractor shall provide maintenance and sustainment support of MSC systems. • The contractor shall perform incident response and problem management efforts. • The contractor shall provide Tier II support for shipboard networks and MNOCs. • The contractor shall develop and implement a Knowledge Management Plan. • The contractor shall conduct trend analysis of trouble tickets and N6 CASREPs.
