The Granville Health System is seeking information from qualified mechanical contractors, boiler system specialists, and engineering firms regarding the replacement of the existing Deaerator (DA) tank system serving the hospital's central energy plant. The objectives of this Request for Information (RFI) include coordinating on-site vendor assessments, obtaining engineering recommendations, understanding installation requirements, and gathering budgetary pricing. The scope of the project may include replacement of the existing DA tank, evaluation and replacement of feedwater pumps, associated piping, valves, and controls, integration with existing boiler systems, electrical and control system upgrades, structural support, pad, or rigging considerations, insulation, and system commissioning.
• The DA tank currently supports a closed-loop boiler feedwater system serving the hospital campus and returning to the central energy plant.
• The RFI requires respondents to provide information on system recommendations, compliance and system standards, system interface and utility requirements, installation requirements, service and long-term maintenance, and budgetary information.
• Respondents are also required to provide company information, relevant experience, credentials, and technical literature or product data sheets.
