NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE OPERATION OF THE IROQUOIS JOB CORPS CENTER with OA/CTS

The Department of Labor (DOL), Job Corps Acquisition Services (JCAS), intends to award a sole source contract for the operation of the Iroquois Job Corps Center. The contract is expected to be awarded to Education and Training Resources (ETR) under the authority of RFO 6.103-1 and RFO 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The contractor will operate the center for a period of twelve months, with a possible six-month extension. The NAICS code for this contract is 611519, with a small business size standard of $47 million. * The contract will be for a firm-fixed price. * The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. * Interested parties may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government. * The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. * The contractor must provide clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above.
