Lewisburg Pike (SR-106) Sidewalk & Multi-Use Path

The City of Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking bids for the construction of a sidewalk and multi-use path on Lewisburg Pike (SR-106) from just north of Stewart Street to just east of Collins' Farm. The project includes the construction of an at-grade pedestrian crossing, multiple utility relocations, concrete curb and gutter, drainage, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, temporary traffic control, erosion prevention and sediment control, permanent signage, and pavement markings and striping. The contractor will be required to conduct extensive coordination with impacted residents and businesses, maintain access to all residential driveways and private entrances, and provide clear signage directing customers and residents to open access points. The contractor must also comply with all requirements of the permits obtained by the City, including the TDOT Highway Entrance Permit, City of Franklin Grading Permit, TDEC Water Line Permit, and TDEC Sewer Line Permit.
