Job Order Contract (JOC) Mechanical - Treatment Facilities

The City of San Diego is issuing a Job Order Contract (JOC) for mechanical work on water and wastewater treatment facilities. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, indefinite‑scope vehicle with a maximum ceiling of $30 M and a term of up to five years, allowing the awardee to receive multiple task orders for repairs, upgrades, and new construction of mechanical systems such as pumps, valves, and associated equipment.
