Construction of the ERCIP Wellfield Expansion at Fort Drum, NY

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District is seeking a contractor for the construction of the ERCIP Wellfield Expansion at Fort Drum, NY. The project will involve the construction of five new water wells, well houses, SCATA systems/controls, site work and grading, utilities, and storm water management features. The project also includes approximately 5 miles of waterline, comms, duct bank, overhead powerlines, and other related work. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the project magnitude is estimated to be between $10- $25 million. • The project will be a Design-Build (DB) construction project. • A strong site superintendent will be required. • The contract duration will be 910 calendar days for the entire project. • The project is planned for advertisement starting in May 2026, with an award planned for by August 2026.
