Gwinnett County’s Department of Transportation is seeking competitive quotes from qualified vendors to supply and deliver 33 Class 2 Southern Yellow Pine timber poles (0.15 DCOI treated, M‑20 framed, 35 ft, WQC inspected) for roadway maintenance and safety projects. The vendor must meet GDOT specifications, provide a one‑year manufacturer’s warranty (plus a 50‑year limited warranty against decay/termite), and deliver the poles FOB destination to the county’s DOT central location. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quote, with the expectation of delivery within 90 days of award.
