Ammunition

The Houston Community College System is seeking proposals for the supply of ammunition. The contract will be for a minimum of 180 days from the submittal deadline date. Proposers must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations of the State of Texas Government Code. The selected contractor will be required to provide ammunition and may be subject to a drug-free workplace policy. • The proposal must include a completed Contract Award Form, Determination of Good Faith Effort Form, Small Business Unavailability Certificate, Contractor & Subcontractor Participation Form, Proposer’s Certifications, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Financial Interests and Potential Conflicts of Interests, and Form 1295. • The proposer must also provide a W9 Form with their bid submission. • The contract will be governed by HCC’s General Terms and Conditions of Purchase Order dated June 2, 2020.
