RFP No. 902690 - Job Order Contracting (JOC) Support Services

The County of Alameda is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Job Order Contracting (JOC) Support Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing administrative and support services, including preparing and providing JOC documents, developing and implementing a JOC program, and providing construction management services. The contractor will also be required to provide a comprehensive internet-based JOC information management system. The contract will be for a period of three years, with an option to renew for two additional years. • The contractor will be responsible for preparing and providing JOC documents, including a construction unit price book, technical specifications, and bid forms. • The contractor will be required to develop and implement a JOC program, including reviewing and assessing County needs and developing execution procedures. • The contractor will be required to provide construction management services, including attending pre-construction meetings, monitoring site visits, and providing project status reports. • The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive internet-based JOC information management system, including project tracking, cost proposals, and customized reports.
