World War II Air-to-Ground Attack Reenactment for 2026 Offutt AFB Air Show

The 55th Contracting Squadron is seeking a contractor to provide a World War II era air-to-ground attack reenactment for the 2026 Offutt AFB Air Show. The reenactment should include replica Japanese aircraft, ground-based pyrotechnics, and a historical narration. The contractor should provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to perform the reenactment. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Commemorative Air Force (CAGE: 06JG4), but other responsible entities may submit a capabilities statement in response to this sources sought. Key requirements include: • Providing up to eight replica Japanese aircraft for display and flying • Conducting realistic simulated ground-based detonation pyrotechnics • Providing a historical narration • Meeting all FAA guidelines and certification requirements • Complying with Approved Warbird guidance outlined within AFI 10-1004 • Providing a digital press/media kit and video for local TV stations • Being available for interviews with the media before and during the show
