Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for the procurement of black heel counter material. The material should have the following specifications: face fabric made of black polyester 210g/sq meter, plastic made of TPU 10%, EVA 55%, and PET 35%, thickness of 1.25 mm, heat-activated adhesive cement to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and sheet size of 40" x 48". The bidder must provide the name, phone number, and email of a point of contact for the submitted bid response. The TDCJ may request samples prior to award for evaluation purposes. The awarded vendor agrees to comply with all terms and conditions, including security procedures, when making deliveries to correctional facilities.
