Cherry Hill Dr, Desantis Dr, Hilock Rd WL Improvements

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, is seeking professional engineering services for the Division of Water's Cherry Hill Drive Area Water Line Improvements, Desantis Drive Area Water Line Improvements, and Hilock Road Area Water Line Improvements. The selected consultant will provide a general project approach common for all three projects, including project management, monthly design progress meetings, site survey, preliminary/final water main design summary, plan preparation, maintenance of traffic, ADA Curb Ramp Design, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, cataloging Lead Service Line Replacements, preparation of a Public Tree Plan, bid support, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance reviews. Key points to consider: • The consultant must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the RFP for a proposal to be considered for contract award. • All RFP documents shall be downloaded from Euna Procurement (formerly known as Bonfire) at www.bonfire.com. • The last day to submit questions will be May 1, 2026, and responses will be posted on Bonfire as an addendum. • A pre-proposal meeting will not be held.
