Rockwell BOA Order for LHA 6 SCS

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order to Rockwell Automatic Inc. for the procurement of LHA 6 SCS. The Government intends to make an award in the 3rd quarter of FY26. This is a follow-on procurement for this requirement. • The proposed award and resulting contract modifications are for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. • The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. • Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
