Parking Ramp Demolition

Mott Community College is seeking a qualified firm to conduct the demolition and surface lot reconstruction for Ramp G, a multi-story parking unit on their main campus. The project requires concrete, electrical, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, and transportation. The contractor must provide sufficient barricades, guard railings, fencing, advance construction signing, coverings, or other means to protect the public from injury due to the work operations. The project includes adjusting structures, such as manholes, catch basins, and drainage inlets, to the final elevation.
