Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal and sanding services at the Blackwater Dam in Webster, New Hampshire. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform snow plowing, snow shoveling, and sanding services. The contract will have a base year and two optional years. The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and materials for snow removal and sanding services.
• The contractor must have a minimum of one person functioning as a Level 3 Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO).
• The contractor must comply with all safety requirements and regulations, including those related to accident prevention and reporting.
• The contractor must provide a schedule of work and must submit all required submittals, including an accident prevention plan and activity hazard analysis.
