Description
The Louis A Johnson VAMC is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for their generators. The generators are located in various buildings on the campus, including Building 17 and the Parking Garage. The contractor will be responsible for performing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance, as well as triennial maintenance. The last annual maintenance was completed by Mountaineer Generator, and the last annual load bank testing was conducted on 3/28/26. The KATO 500kW (625KVA) 4160v generator does not have an integrated load bank.

• The contractor will need to have experience with generator maintenance and repair.
