FY27-10A Paving

The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program (BRGPP) is seeking bids for joint cooperative purchases for highway supplies and services, including aggregates, cold patch, calcium and magnesium chloride, culvert products, guardrail, line painting, pavement preservation products, chip seal, hot mix asphalt, paving, winter rock salt, winter sand, pre-treat liquid and treated winter salt, gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil, liquid propane, catch basin cleaning and line jetting, tree work, and street sweeping. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Bidders must be pre-qualified by MassDOT for certain categories of work. The bid packages are available on the BRGPP's OpenGov online procurement portal, and bids must be submitted through the portal by April 2, 2026, at 1:00 pm. Some key services and their estimated values are: - Guard Rail Installed: $40,114.00 - Line Painting: $607,154.50 - Pavement Preservation Products: $1,748,500.00 - Chip Seal: $59,580.00 - Paving (Applied in Place) in different counties: $985,671.00 to $1,729,980.00 - Catch Basin Cleaning & Line Jetting: $591,000.00 - Tree Work: $1,230,240.00 - Street Sweeping: $61,440.00 The winning bidder will be required to provide quarterly reports on supplies and services delivered, and to pay a quarterly administrative fee of 1.75% of the total amount reported.
