The minimum specifications for the vehicle include a battery electric vehicle, 4LT trim level, AWD, and 85 kWh battery rated energy. The vendor should provide a fixed quote for the purchase of the vehicle, and all work must begin within 5 days of notice to proceed and progress daily until complete. The project duration should not exceed June 30, 2026.
