Description
The State of Hawaii’s Department of Accounting and General Services (Automotive Management Division) is seeking four new battery‑electric (BEV) compact‑size sedans (model year 2026 or newer) for delivery to the Central Motor Pool on Oahu. Vendors must submit a sealed bid via the HIePRO system by 2 PM HST on 6 Nov 2026. Vehicles must be the same make and model, include standard factory equipment, a 36‑month/36,000‑mile warranty, a 10‑year/100,000‑mile battery warranty, and all required certifications (tax clearance, safety, COGS, etc.). Delivery must occur within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed, and the vendor must maintain a service facility on Oahu. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; a 0.75 % transaction fee (capped at $5,000) applies.
