Water service line and Septic Tank Lagoon for D. Rupnicki SR#574 in Mayetta, KS (Jackson Co.)

The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to furnish and install a water service line and septic tank lagoon for D. Rupnicki SR#574 in Mayetta, KS (Jackson Co.). The project includes the installation of 940 LF of 2” HDPE DR 11 water service line, a 1,000-gallon septic tank, 165 LF of 4” PVC Schedule 40 building sewer service pipe, and the construction of a 40’x 40’ sewage lagoon. The contractor must also provide wire fencing, gate, chain, and keyed padlock, and perform directional bore of 160 LF of 2” HDPE DR 11 water service line. The project requires the contractor to have the necessary certifications to perform the work specified.
