Court Resurfacing for Godwin Park Pickleball Courts [6 courts]

The City of St. Cloud is seeking a contractor for the resurfacing of 6 pickleball courts at Godwin Park. The project involves surface preparation, application of a fiberglass membrane overlay, acrylic surfacing and striping, and re-installation of poles and nets. The budget for the project is $40,000. • The contractor must remove all nets and poles from the surface area for resurfacing. • The contractor must pressure clean and power blow the courts to remove loose dirt, dust, and other debris. • The contractor must apply a fiberglass membrane overlay on the entire court area. • The contractor must apply two coats of acrylic resurfacer and two coats of colorguard site mixed with sand and water. • The contractor must paint 2” wide pickleball playing lines in accordance with USAPA regulations.
