Budget estimate

$2,500,000 – $25,000,000

Given the nature of the contract, which involves the repair of Generator Control Units for MH-65E aircraft, the budget is likely to be substantial. The contract has a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, which suggests a long-term commitment. The fact that the contractor must have access to the most current editions of the OEM Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) and all other applicable documents, manuals, and technical specifications for the components also implies a high level of expertise and resources. A rough estimate for the budget could be in the range of $500,000 to $5 million per year, depending on the number of units being repaired and the complexity of the work involved. The total budget over the five-year period could be in the range of $2.5 million to $25 million.
