The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work, and will be responsible for disposing of any excess materials. • The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to supply and install traffic signals, pedestrian signals, and other auxiliary equipment. • The contractor shall ensure that no unsafe or hazardous conditions are left unguarded after working hours. • The contractor shall maintain ADA accessibility and provide temporary fencing and barricades as needed. • The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring compliance with applicable safety codes. • The contractor shall submit shop and working drawings for approval, and shall not proceed with any work until approval has been given. The Town of Greenwich reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
