Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for right of way property management. The work consists of demolishing and removing structures, improvements, and other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. The contractor must be pre-qualified in the demolition service class and must provide a bid price that includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for completion of the project. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder.

• Demolition of structures, improvements, and other encumbrances
• Removal of debris and disposal in accordance with Georgia regulations
