Description
The U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa is seeking a contractor to provide mobile telephone services, including prepaid and postpaid plans, for a period of 12 months with options to extend. The contractor shall provide complete mobile telephone service, including smartphone mobile communication plans, mobile phone voice service plans, and mobile device data-only plans. The contractor shall also provide equipment, including smartphones, batteries, chargers, and hands-free kits. The contractor shall ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and shall be uninterrupted, clear, and with no static. The contractor shall provide 24-hour customer service and detailed billing of calls made.
• The contractor shall provide prepaid and postpaid plans with various features, including voice calls, mobile data, and SMS messaging.
• The contractor shall provide equipment, including smartphones, batteries, chargers, and hands-free kits.
• The contractor shall ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and shall be uninterrupted, clear, and with no static.
• The contractor shall provide 24-hour customer service and detailed billing of calls made.
• The contractor shall provide training to all U.S. Embassy employees who receive a mobile phone.
• The contractor shall have a recovery plan in place in case of emergencies and serious disasters.
