Description
Erie County’s Sewer District No. 3 is seeking a qualified contractor to install cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) liners on two sections of its sanitary sewer system. The work involves lining roughly 1,506 ft of 21‑inch glass‑reinforced‑plastic pipe and 353 ft of 30‑inch reinforced‑concrete pipe, plus any necessary appurtenant tasks such as cleaning, access, testing, and site restoration. Bids must be sealed and submitted by March 24, 2026, with a pre‑bid site walk‑through on March 11, 2026.
