The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified vendor to supply fifteen (15) double‑offset butterfly valves of various diameters (54‑, 72‑, 96‑, 108‑inches) along with matching gearboxes for two water‑treatment filter plants (Lanier and Shoal Creek). The solicitation requires full engineering design, shop drawings, product data, certifications, and comprehensive operation & maintenance manuals, but excludes installation, field testing, and on‑site services. Bids must be submitted in sealed hard‑copy format by the deadline, and any manufacturer substitutions must be approved by the specified question deadline.
• Supply of 15 double‑offset butterfly valves (sizes 54‑ to 108‑inches) meeting AWWA C504/C516, NSF 61, and pressure class requirements.
• Provide AWWA‑approved gearboxes, detailed design drawings, certifications, and O&M manuals (hard‑copy and searchable PDF).
• Deliver FOB Destination to two plant locations in Buford, GA; no installation or testing services are included.
• Mandatory pre‑bid virtual conference (2 Sept) and optional on‑site visit (10 Sept) for measurements; all questions due by 10 Sept.
