The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks a qualified printer to produce 5,005 printed cardboard training targets (“Transitional Target I”) for the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. The work includes offset or flexographic printing on double‑wall corrugated cardboard, trimming to 16 × 48 in., palletizing, and delivery to two sites (Artesia, NM and Glynco, GA) by early September 2026. The contractor must handle all quality‑assurance testing, packaging, and provide tracking notifications upon shipment. • Print 5,005 one‑sided targets using black and Pantone 370 Green on white double‑wall corrugated cardboard (48 ECT). • Package in 10 pallets (500 targets per pallet) with angleboard protection, plastic wrap, and specific labeling requirements. • Deliver 5,000 targets to Artesia, NM and 5 targets to Glynco, GA; inside delivery with lift‑gate and pallet jack required; coordinate delivery calls 24 hrs prior.
