NESHAP Demolition and Debris Removal of Two (2) Residential Structures Located at 1885 and 1895 Euclid, Beaumont, Texas 77705

The City of Beaumont is seeking bids for the NESHAP demolition and debris removal of two residential structures located at 1885 and 1895 Euclid, Beaumont, Texas 77705. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The project includes removing the structures, foundations, concrete steps, and all trash and debris. The contractor must also ensure that all utilities are disconnected and provide a detailed plan for addressing completion, safety, liability, work schedule, dust, noise, and security. • The project requires the contractor to handle asbestos-containing materials and provide proof of legal disposal. • The contractor must also provide a list of equipment typically used on a project of this scope and list jurisdictions and trade categories in which the organization is legally qualified to do business. • The city reserves the right to accept or reject any response or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it. • The contract may be awarded to one contractor, as is most advantageous to the city, on an all-or-none basis. • The contractor may not assign all or part of this contract to any other person, firm, or corporation without prior consent in writing by the City Manager or his designee.
