Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the Old Norcross Road Intersection Improvement Projects. The project consists of clearing & grubbing, grading, curb & gutter, sidewalk, drainage, striping, signal & ITS upgrades. Key components of the project include:
• Earthwork: Less than 500 CY
• Concrete Flat Work: 478 SY
• Curb & Gutter
• Storm Drain Pipe: 966 LF, 22 LF
The successful vendor will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond.
