The City of Somerville is seeking a qualified nonprofit or fiscally‑sponsored organization to recruit, hire, train, and supervise 5–15 youths (ages 15‑18) for paid employment during the 2026‑2027 school year. The vendor will pay the city’s living‑wage rate ($18.85/hr), deliver a career‑development experience aligned with one or more focus areas (e.g., public health, climate, STEM), track participant outcomes, and submit quarterly reports and final deliverables. The contract is a fixed‑price award up to $75,000 with a base term from 1 Dec 2026 to 1 Jun 2027 and up to two optional one‑year renewals.
