Description
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management, is seeking bids for hose pump parts and replacement components required for existing Watson Marlow (Bredel Brand) equipment located at the RM Clayton, South River, Intrenchment Creek, and Utoy Creek Water Reclamation Centers. Interested vendors will be expected to furnish Bredel manufacturer-certified or approved parts and accessories, or equivalent parts that meet or exceed the specified requirements. The City expects the selected supplier to deliver timely, high-quality, and specification-compliant parts that help ensure continued functionality and operational readiness at the City's wastewater treatment facilities. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing Bredel manufacturer-certified or approved parts and accessories
• Meeting or exceeding specified requirements
• Delivering timely and high-quality parts
• Ensuring compatibility with the City's installed equipment and applicable warranty standards
• Supporting the City's operational need for reliable replacement parts
• Inspecting hose pumps for any cracks, leaks, bulges, etc.
• Following operational and safety checks before any replacement procedures are performed
• Providing a report to the DWM Plant Manager of all work performed at the location
